Brief
Design and construct a replacement sun room to the rear of a country cottage with a more substantial timber frame.
Project Schedule
After initial discussions with the client we produced some 3D visualisations for their consideration.
After the final design and costings were approved we produced a full set formal architectural drawings and specifications necessary to obtain both Planning and Building Control approvals from the Local Authorities.
The construction phase then began after the new foundation slab was installed to our specification.
