These garden sheds are really solid, heavy and built to last with minimal maintenance.
They are designed to be as secure as possible and it is highly unlikely that they could be loaded on to a lorry and carted off by thieves without specialist heavy lifting equipment.
Notes on security. Quite often an opportunist thief will not carry tools to break in and so he'll look for anything lying around that he can use to force entry.
Put all tools and equipment away after use and ensure all external buildings and storage spaces are securely locked when not in use. Bring tools indoors if you don't have storage outside. Bulky items like ladders can be chained to external walls.
Make sure the bolts, locks and chains you use are strong enough for the job - some garden equipment (like mowers, power tools and furniture) are highly prized by criminals - and a nail and piece of string is no deterrent.
There are stand-alone security devices such as passive infrared detector to detect motion and body heat, or a door contact system - both will operate a siren if the garage or outbuilding is entered illegally.
